Homework Tutoring

Extracurricular electives are optional classes offered from 11:45AM to 12:35PM. (not available for 9th grade student)

• Tzu Chi Academy reserves the right to cancel any class should the minimum class size of 8 students not be met. 
• Elective class enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis in the order of  when the student registers. Maximum class size is 15 students.
• The school reserves the right to limit the number of students in any class and  to reject any registration.
•  There are approximately 30 weeks in the school year。 $20  per week will be charged if a student withdraws the class.  There will be no refund after the 7th week.
• A process fee of $20 will be charged for each elective class change after the second week of the class.
• Material fee for elective classes is non-refundable.
• Parents must take turns acting as class parents. Class parents shall assist the teacher in maintaining the order and keeping the classroom neat and clean.
• 才藝課最低開班人數為8人, 如果未滿8人，學校保留取消任何班級的權利。
• 選修課的註冊以學生註冊的時間為準，先到先得。依報名先後順序編號，每班才藝課最多收15 位學生。
• 學校有權決定班級⼈數及視學⽣情況⽽拒收。
• ⼀學年上課約30週。才藝班退費辦法：每週上課扣 $20︔第七週之後，恕不退費。
• 才藝班換課費⽤：上課第⼆週之後換課收取 $20 ⼿續費
• 才藝班的材料費恕不退還。
• 家長均需輪值到班上當愛⼼家長，協助⽼師上課及維持教室秩序及整潔。
